Arabic Alphabets and Phonics: We teach 28 letters and their sounds and also the rules of their pronunciation.
Single Letters: You will learn the individual letters of Arabic and their sounds.
Letters in Combination: We will teach how to combine two or more letters together and their sounds.
Vowels: The letters have diacritical marks which are the short vowels. The primary short vowels in Arabic are Fatha (َ), Kasrah (ِ), and Dammah (ُ).
Jazm with Fatha’: Jazm is when there is no vowel sound and when it combines with Fatha, it gives a special pronunciation.
Consonants: These include the letters that are not vowels and they make the structure of Arabic words.
Maddah: It is a curve line on the letter and indicates the elongation of a vowel sound.
Shadda: It is a diacritical mark (ّ) over a letter to double the sound of a letter emphasizing its pronunciation.
Tanween:
It is adding double vowels (Fatha, Kasrah, or Dammah) at the end of a noun.
Idgham:
It is merging some letters for pronouncing only one of the letters.
Wuqoof – Stops
It is the symbol when you have to pause or stop in the recitation of the verses.
Alif Zaa’idah
It is when the long form of the letter Alif (ا) in specific words.
Small Seen or Nun
It gives the smaller form of pronunciation of the words.
